Online M.S in CIS from Boston University v/s Online M.S in ITM from Brandeis University?

Need to make a choice between Online M.S in Information Technology Management from Brandeis University vs Online M.S in Computer Information Systems from Boston University.
Brandeis with its M.S in ITM is about 21K while BU with its M.S in CIS is around 31K. Objective is to enhance ones qualifications in the Information Technology domain, I do have some 8 years of development experience, but traveling half the period of time makes classroom study not feasible.
How are both programs viewed in the job market? Is the extra 10k fees from Boston University really meeting it worth? Or Brandeis University being reletively affordable fees is its curriculum is equally competitive with Boston University?
Employers don’t differentiate between on-line programs except for those that are affiliated with real bricks and mortar schools and the ones that are well known "for profit" scams like University of Phoenix. Go with the cheapest.
