a GOOD first car that is great for insurance?

i need a car that will b a good first car for a 16 year old male. it has to be reliable, safe, low cost, and has to have low insurance. any suggestions?

    Dodge Neon Would Be A Good Choice. Maybe Even A Pontiac GrandAm. But If Your Looking For Something For Low Cost And Cheap Insurance Go With The Neon. There Reliable And Easy To Mantain.

    Insurance companies charge more for coupes, cars without alarms, cars that are fast, cars that are a certain color, and cars that are stolen the most. If you really want to save money then let your son drive a van.
